It was precisely managed by Mr. karthikeyan, who responded us swiftly according to our site conditions. All our requirements were satisfied as promised earlier. He also promised us that they will clean all the windows once the client takes over the residence, which was very much appreciated by our client.

A few months back, I had walked into Winfraatech on seeing the fenesta name, with only a budget in mind and very little clue on the product.Mr. Senthil heard from me the overall theme of the house and some of my random thoughts, pieced the information together very well, visited the site and then went on to suggest me the windows. When I t old him about my budgetary constraint, he then helped me understand the options we could play with and gave me just enough freedom to alter the design but only just so that the whole design factor was not compromised. To be very honest, until that time, I wasn't too sure of going to Fenesta as I was very wary of the budget. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole transparency and that gave me a good confidence to choose fenesta.To summarize, it has been a fantastic experience great pleasure to work with Mr. Senthil and through him with Fenesta over the last 3 months and I would wholeheartedly recommend him (and Fenesta) for the service that has been provided to me so far.Again, thank you for allocating such a great team.
